CardWizard enables customers and associates to play with different designs and make adjustments before submitting a final design for production. Customers will be confident the products they're designing will turn out exactly as they requested, and can discover different products to match their needs.
Associates will feel at home with an interface that is very familiar for those with SolutionShop experience. The program's many powerful features are easy for new users to pick up. Batch uploading allows large orders to be automatically laid out, background coloring allows designs to be expanded, and cropping and rotation are built in to perfectly align photos and cards.
One of the biggest problems plagueing SolutionShops is slow network speeds. Uploading files to our print server is a major bottleneck in the ordering process. By reducing preflight time CardWizard makes these products available for 1-Hour production windows.
We all need to be diligent to mitigate cyber attacks. The more we send over the internet, the more vulnerable our customers' information is. Currently, SolutionBuilder photo orders are uploaded to a central server where they are available publicly without any authentication. CardWizard keeps customer info secure offline.
By processing information on the computers already installed in SolutionShop, server costs are greatly reduced. The only resources required for CardWizard are static assets which can be cached internally, provided at a low cost from any basic web server, or installed right on SolutionShop PCs.
